CONCEPT FOR ALL CATEGORIES: Marked trail with signs, arrows, flags, water and refreshment stations.

CHALLENGER CATEGORY / 24,9km: GPS log and profile

Water: 5km

Refreshment: 11km (water, Coca-Cola, bananas, cookies)

Water, Coca-Cola: 15,5km

ACTIVE CATEGORY / 15,5km: GPS log and profile

Water: 5km

Refreshment: 11km (water, Coca-Cola, bananas, cookies)

LIGHT CATEGORY / 6km: GPS log and profile

NOTICE: Medals for first 3 places in M & F categories will be given to children younger than 12.

RULES: All participants must obey Treking liga 2018 rules!
1.You must be on the marked trail all the time.
2.Participants are racing on their own responsibility.
3.All participants must obey Treking liga 2018 rules.
4.Participants must have all mandatory equipment required.
5.Number must be positioned in front of body on belly.
6.At every check point participants must perforate control point number on racing number.
7.Participants must obey traffic rules while crossing roads.
8.Participants must inform organisator by SMS if they drop the race.
9.All 14- persons can participate exclusively with escort of adult.
10. For not obeying this rules participants will be disqualified.

PARTICIPATION / ENTRY FEE FOR ALL CATEGORIES: 150 kn / 20 EUR

ALL FOREIGN PARTICIPANTS (NON-CROATIANS) PAY ENTRY FEE ON REGISTRATION DAY!

ON-LINE REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 13.09.2018.

FRIDAY, 21.09.
20:00-22:30: Race registration / hotel San Marino terrace, Lopar

SATURDAY, 22.09.
08:30-10:30: Registration for Active and Challenger, Rab town, center, start of the race / nex to Tourist office
11:00: Start for Challenger i Active category
11:00-11:45: Race registration / hotel San Marino terrace, Lopar

12:00: Start for Light category

14:00-18:00: meal on finish line

18:00: Race limit

18:00-19:30: "Reaching the top of Mt Everest" - lecture from Darija Bostijančić, who climbed top of Mt Everest
21:00: Winners ceremony, party, concert / hotel San Marino terrace, Lopar

23.09., SUNDAY

Trail & treking camp at Goli otok: 09:30-14:30.

Departure by boat at 09:30 from San Marino harbor, return at 15:00.

Camp is free, boat transfer is 90kn. Take your drink and meal with you!
